I am so proud of this collection.
Not only was it my first ever collection to sell out so quickly, but a percentage of it's proceeds benefited a good cause. I wanted to help our Native brothers and sisters who are fighting for their right to clean water at Standing Rock. This was the only way I knew how to help. I created the Sacred River Collection and donated 25% of each sale to StandingRock.org I left every piece of this collection unfinished so that the buyer could pick whether they wanted a pendant or ring and choose their size. All pieces except one were made into rings. And the other piece was made into a necklace I sent a few pieces to places in the U.S. and I sent a piece to New Zealand and a piece to Australia. Its awesome to have wonderful supporters all over the world. I could not be any happier, being able to pursue my dreams and to have found a job that I am passionate about. This is my last collection of 2016. I feel it shows my growth as an artist and I am confident in the direction that I am going. I think that this new year is going to be a great year. I hope you all stick around and continue to enjoy the ride with me. Thank you everyone who has supported me this past year. Everyone on Instagram who has commented and liked my photos and work. All of your kind words pushed me though when I was feeling low and small in this big world of ours. I could not have done it without you. Love & Light, Angela

Hello Everyone!
Tonight I had a shop update of my latest designs which I'm very happy about. I made a Ring/ Bracelet combo featuring High grade Number 8 Turquoise which is absolutely stunning worn together. And a choker/ring combo featuring hand carved turquoise leaves. I believe they are vintage stones that were carved by the Natives. Two pairs of earrings were featured in tonight's shop update, including my favorite earrings I've made to date & a pair of really cute turquoise & leaf studs. I hope you guys love!! I really enjoyed creating them :) Much Love & thanks for stopping by! Xo I am super excited to drop tonight's shop update. Here is a preview and some WIPs of the pieces that will be added to the shop I'll have some turquoise and sterling stackers available in different sizes Head over to my Shop tonight and grab yourself something HANDMADE!
I love these new pieces and I hope you all do too. Thanks so much to all of you for your support. It's been almost 2 years now that I have taken this jewelry business as my full time job. On weekends and the summers I still hang out with the kids. {If you don't know, I used to be a nanny} It's something that I look forward to doing and keeps me inspired and motivated. I hope that following my passion & dreams will inspire them to do the same one day. I honestly don't know if this is what I would have chosen to do if they weren't a part of my life. I am truly blessed for this journey even though it gets tough sometimes. Be sure to check out the shop at 6:30 Pm EST Tonight I started this blog post in December and never posted it. As I signed in to my website to get ready to write up a new post I decided I'd go ahead and post this since I had spent the time listing all these photographs of The Forest Wanderers. This was my Holiday collection that I released 4 months ago now. I feel like I've came so far since then, business has picked up a lot and I've pretty much sold all the pieces in these photos which makes me happy looking back and seeing how all my hard work is paying off. Well I don't want to ramble on too much on this post. I'm anxious to start my next one which I came here for. I have a shop update coming up in a few days and I have decided that this blog will be used for jewelry stuff. Behind the scenes and finished work. You can find all of my personal journeys and travels over at my new blog {THE ECLECTIC BOHEMIANS} that is still a work in progress. I'm hoping to find the time to work more on it. Thanks for stopping by and reading! And be sure to check out my new items in my shop this Wednesday evening at 6:30 EST
Much Love Phoenix was short lived. We probably spent about 20 hours there. Kelly, Christie & I arrived shortly after 9:30 am on a Sunday morning and had about 3 hours to kill before we could check into our very first airbnb. So we decided to hit up Old Town for some grub. The Rusty Spur Saloon was our first stop They weren't serving food yet but the gentleman at the bar was kind enough to get our orders in quickly. Soon enough we were fed and a little bit tipsy. All before noon, we were starting this adventure off right! I had my usual, a Moscow Mule. I even almost bought myself one of their Rusty Spur copper mugs. {I kind of wished I did} Afterwards we did a little bit of window shopping (so. much. turquoise.) before making our way to Pete & Diana's, our airbnb hosts. They were so very lovely and had the cutest guest home ever. I think I fantasized about living there at least 5 times. Their tv had netflix, there was IPA beer in the fridge, the cutest kitchen that had a starbucks coffee maker. A deep red glazed concrete floor. This place was very obviously a garage converted into a guest home but in the most coolest way. Couldn't have found a better place to stay that night. <<<<<>>>>> We came to Phoenix to meet up with Kelly's sister Christine. She was there for a Photography convention and decided to make a trip out of it. The following morning we woke up bright and early so we could get on the road and start our adventure. We were heading to Salvation Mountain before stopping at our first camping spot in Joshua Tree. But before we made it to those places we stopped at The Imperial Sand Dunes in Niland, California. {The Sand Dunes} will be the next adventure on my blog <><><> Xo! Last night was a little unreal, sometimes uncomfortable, most times interesting, but over all... absolutely amazing.
If you haven't heard of July Talk you are missing out. My new favorite band! If you can't tell, I was right up in the front, in the middle. {There weren't that many people in the audience, maybe 30-50} It was a very intimate performance. There was a point in the show where the lead female singer sang to me for what felt like an eternity. I'm sure was only about 30 seconds to up to a minute. It was strange because I never herd their songs before so I couldn't sing a long. So I just stood there and stared at her staring right at me or IN me. It was intense lol. But what theatrical performers they are!! Leah and the lead male vocalist, Peter. They are just.... encaptivating. You literally cannot take your eyes off them. I cant remember the last time I saw a performance that made such an impact. <<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>> I was lucky enough to score the vinyl and get it autographed from everyone in the band. What a show... Cant wait to see them live again! Xo >>>>><<<<<
>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<< Last month I hit 10 K followers on instagram. To celebrate I designed The Spirit Seeker and gave it away to one of my followers. I am so excited and honored that people are joining me on this journey that I'm on. It's been one hell of a ride so far and there is still so much more to do! The Spirit Seeker has to be one of my favorite designs to date. I gave my winner the option of choosing what kind of jewelry she would like to receive and she chose a Pendant. I have to say if I were to win this giveaway my first choice would have been a ring, but after putting this baby around my neck I may have changed my mind. I love this design as a necklace. I think I may just do a small collection featuring this design, I love it that much! Here are some on shots I took for yall and some before and afters of the pendant which is now finished and ready to ship off to its new home and owner Holly. Thanks so much to everyone who entered and to everyone who has supported me! I could not be happier in the path that I'm on. To wake up everyday and do what I love and have people all around the world support me and my craft is such a blessing! I am forever grateful. Much love to you all. Xo, Angela >>>><<<< >><< <<>> My friends and I were on a mission to find a field filled with goldenrods. We drove down 79 looking for them because we had herd that somewhere along the interstate there was a field full. Turns out we saw goldenrods everywhere, just not a big field like we had imagined. We ended up getting off at an exit to see if we could find anywhere and drove past what looked like it could be a field but was just a small crop of the lovely wild flowers. It was interesting because beyond the rods was what looked to be a wide trail, so we followed it. The trail then split where you could go straight or go up the hill. It was at this point that I realized that this was not a trail but was once a road that is no longer in use now covered with grass flowers & tree branches. We decided to go up and ended up in the most beautiful place surrounded by tall trees. It was a magical place and kind of looked like a fairy tale setting. That day I wore my favorite Kimono from Tamga Designs. Christine took some awesome pictures, here are a few from our adventure. Kimono: Tamga Designs Jewelry: The Turquoise Forest Necklace: Etsy Hat: Forever 21 Cowgirl Boots: Urban Outfitters Photographer: Christine Grago Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, Yesterday was Autumn Fest in my town.
With the help of my friends, I set up a booth and since I had A LOT of things it took a good minute to set everything up but once it was done, I had a good time hanging out, selling a few things, and just enjoying the gorgeous day we had. I decided this time around that I would sell handmade and flea finds. A lot of the flea stuff that didn't sell yesterday will be added to The Eclectic Bohemians section on my site. Which will be coming very soon! I was kind of waiting until after Autumn Fest to open it online to see if I could sell anything at the festival but now that it's over I'm looking forward to having the products available to my customers world wide. Keep you all posted on release date of The Eclectic Bohemians! If I had a REAL shop, it'd look somewhat like my booth set up. Xo! <<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>> <<<<<<<>>>>>>> <<<<<>>>>> <<<>>> <> It's kind of disappointing that I only take a trip to Ohiopyle once a year. I feel like I should be going here all throughout summer. It's easily one of my favorite places. This time around we decided to hit up Falling Water before hand. I have never been there before and just wanted to see it with my own eyes for once. They have tours there where you can go inside and see the design of the home but we opted to do just the ground tour. I do want to go back someday and checkout the inside just to see! We hiked the ground tour and ended up on a trail called "Paradise Overlook" When the trail stops you come to the overlook of the mountains and down below and off yonder is the Youghiogheny River Gorge. That's basically Ohiopyle where we hang out and swim and hike but it was cool to see it all from above. At Falling Water I wore my new kimono from Tamga Designs I've been wanted something purple and pretty for awhile now so when Yana reached out to me about a possible trade I knew she would have exactly what I was looking for. I love the design of her kimonos, they are made so you can wear the sleeves two different ways which I think is pretty cool and I like to have the option of switching it up a bit. I love it and just ordered another! {photos coming soon} For those of you that don't know, Falling Water is a house designed by architect Frank Lloyd Write, built over a water fall in Bear Run Nature Reserve. He had originally built the home for the Kaufman family, owners of the Kaufman Department store.. Today, it is a national Landmark in which you can go and tour the inside. If your in the western PA area, go and check it out!!
